So I tried this amazing recipe for our St. Patty’s Day Party.
This is definitely not dairy free.
I’m hoping to try the original recipe with lamb. So I’ll write down all the changes that I made below and I doubled the recipe. Everything else was the same.
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 4 x Idahoan Buttery Homestyle Mashed Potatoes 4 oz (I didn’t have time to make it from scratch)
- 1 whole bag of shredded cheese
It was so good with what I did. I can’t imagine doing the actual recipe.
