Here is the recipe I used today. It was delicious! I omitted the red pepper flakes and egg to make the recipe non-spicy and vegan for the kids (my son is allergic to egg/dairy).
The recipe was easy to follow. I still don’t understand how asian families do it. Asian recipes are require so much work and the leek was annoying to cut/clean lol! It was still delicious! I added lots of salt and some pepper.
