It was delicious.
My husband just bought a new kitchen aide meat grinder that was recently on sale and he had to test it out. I do a lot of cooking but he does all the grilling and sous vide recipes. I’ll include that here so that we can remember what he did as well. For this one he used some chuck steak and bacon. It wasn’t fatty enough it crumbled a lot. Next time we’ll have to get a fattier piece of meat but it was still very delicious.
- 2.5 lbs Chuck Steak
- 1 lb top sirloin steak
- 1/2 pieces of chopped bacon
5-8 min per side on the grill over the coals with hickory wood.
*Burger needed more fat need to get more white fat from the butcher to add it in.
