It was delicious. A lot of trial and error because we don’t have a smoker and trying to make do with our charcoal grill. Husband ran and in out of the house because the temperature kept spiking a lot. What we noticed was that if it’s too hot outside it affects or if it’s raining it would even affect the temperature of the grill. We had a meat thermometer but it wasn’t good enough. We ended up having to buy a more expensive one. It was too tough this time we have to try and do it longer? Not sure.
Smoked at 225 degrees for 6 hours but not long enough.
