Instant Pot Vietnamese Pho

I made it awhile back so I’m not quite sure what I did but I’ll try and write down what I did so maybe I can make it again. This is why I’m starting this so I can remember.

  • 1 large onion (cut ends/take off outside layer)
  • 1 large carrot
  • 2 star of anise
  • 1 package of ox tail (usually comes with about 3-4 bones)
  • 1 package of beef flank
  • Fill the water near the top
  • fish sauce/sugar/pepper to taste

push meat/stew (it should be about 35-40min then NPR)

Notes: It was a bit tight on space and I would probably want do another pot with just the beef flank so that I could get more soup. Will have to try this again and update this post.
